    I know a lot of people wonder why the server isn't 24/7 and there are a couple reasons why I haven't made it l 24/7

    1. Bandwidth is limited
    2. This reason in particular is a big reason. Griefers.. Today was a perfect example of what could happen, we had over 30 people on today and the server went to trash. Pure spent about 2 hours cleaning up the server.
    3. Limited ops. DCFLAT doesn't have enough ops right now to watch the server 24/7. The server could go to hell and we could be spending the next 2 hours cleaning it up.
    4. The amount of people online at night. When I turn the server off usually there is noone on, I feel like sometimes I would keep it on and noone would be playing. It would just be a waste of time.

    Maybe sometime in the future if DCFLAT still stays popular, I'll make it 24/7, but in the mean time. It's off for the nights.

    oh ok. but i have a bunch of good-might-be-ops. and if i can, ill get more and make dcflat popular. itz an awesome server though Very Happy

    Just because you know these people, doesn't mean they will make great Ops. I agree we need more "better" people but not everyone is "Op+" material. Invite your friends, get them to make stuff, and we will rank them to where we see fit. We definitely need more loyal and usual players. So invite as much as you like, just try to stay away from the greifers. <3 Pure

    they dont know bout the server cuz i dont trust them. Razz

    I promise to use my op powers to destroy griefers
    Also, DCflat will get more popular once I make the promo video (once the server goes back up Evil or Very Mad ) so watch out for more griefers

    What is your time zone, and when exactly are the hours in which the server is on? I'm in Pacific North-American time.

    I think you should go ahead and put the server full time.

    Scratch that. Put it on from like... 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
    I go on at night, so that would be more convenient.

    It's usually on from 7:00am to 11:00pm Central America Time.

    Could you do me a favor and just post the URL of the server? For some reason, minecraft.net/servers.jsp is not working on my computer, so if you could do that, I could come back on.

    Thanks Sky. The servers are back up as of 11:00.02 PM EST.
    But theres only 12, and no DCFlat. But i guess it will be on tomorrow morning, so goodnight all.

    so Cookies, in the address bar of the web browser you are using to play on DCFlat doesn't register a URL? like the address bar is blank?
    It should say something like this:
    http://www.minecraft.net/servers.jsp and then a bunch of letter and numbers.
    Im talking about the actual web bar URL. If you can't get it, can Sky get it?
    If neither of you register a URL Minecraft.net is screwed up.

    OMG Finally the classic server list is up (2:53:52 P.M. EST) but DCFlat isn't there Sad
    Sky thanks for trying to get the URL, you don't have to worry about it anymore.

    I recorded the world Balance, but unfortunately the glass door in main wouldn't open. So i stopped there. I think i will go advertise our server (not too much).
